Returns & Exchanges

At Brickcraft, we want your style to be a perfect fit; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Brickcraft account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the apparel in its original packaging along with the packing slip to ensure a smooth identification process at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
